SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DISPATCH POLICY :
We provide delivery across the India & international for all the orders. You need to enter or select the correct shipping location in the “BILLING DETAILS” section provided at the checkout page of our website. We have partnered with leading shipping providers to handle your order in the best possible way for safe & fast delivery.
Shipping Charges & Custom Duties :
- We provide free shipping for all Prepaid & Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in India
- Cash on Delivery is available in select pin codes within India
- The minimum orders value for Cash on Delivery order is capped at INR 1,000
- International Shipping charges will be charged as per country
- Custom duties & Landing duties would be borne by the customer
Order Delivery & Dispatch Policy :
We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our Customer Care & Warehouse team works rigorously to ensure that we can bring a smile to your face. Our team performs multiple rounds of quality checks to ensure that we deliver you your ordered styles in perfectly packed condition.
We strive to dispatch your order in the earliest possible time however certain styles are procured and arranged from other locations and hence in a few cases, the dispatch timelines can be extended up to 2 weeks. We will update you regarding the dispatch & delivery status of your order via Email & SMS.
Once the order is placed, it normally takes 4 to 5 business working days depending on the pin code for delivery to happen. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may sometimes cause delays, however, please be rest assured that our Customer Care team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to get your orders delivered at the earliest.
For international shipping, once order is placed, it would take minimum 7 to 8 business working days for the product to get shipped to you including the custom clearance. Please keep in mind there can be delays for international shipping if flights are rescheduled for any given reasons.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package a maximum of up to 3 times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including Pin Code/Zip Code and a valid mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
