RETURNS & EXCHANGE
It is our endeavour to provide you with the best possible customer service and hence we permit exchanges only if the product/s are defective/damaged or of the wrong size, and are returned in saleable condition in with all original packaging, tags and invoices. You will receive the refund either as a store credit or back to your source account, it will be done after the investigation is completed of the return. The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used to purchase product of the same value or higher.
Clothing & Apparel
You are required to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package on firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish exchange, else the goods will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained. We will revert to your email within 24 hours with an appropriate solution.
In case of an exchange, please mention the type (Color, pattern etc if available) you wish to receive as an exchange in the initial email. Exchange orders will be shipped upon receipt of the returned order. We permit exchange only if the same colour/pattern is available.
Goods once sold to the international countries are considered sold & cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Please note that since most of our products are semi/unstitched, exchanging in terms of size will not be possible. Outfits which are selected as custom stitching ; cannot be exchanged or returned.
Clutches & Potli Bags
Since Clutches and Potli Bags are delicate pieces of work, we make sure we pack it well and also video record the same process before dispatching it to you. Returns are not accepted unless, you send us a video recording of damaged product while unpacking as soon as you receive it.
Exchange is not applicable on Clutches & Potli Bags.
There is no exchange available in footwear once ordered unless the size is wrong, we will rectify the issue and send back the right size. However if the product is damaged, we will consider exchanging it after investigating the issue. In such case within 24 hours of delivery, the issue has to be informed to us.
Jewellery once ordered cannot be returned or exchanged as long as it is damaged. However if damaged, opening video is must to be sent within 24 hours of receiving the product to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note sometimes during the shipment delivery process there are chances that jewellery might get damaged, in such cases please contact us immediately so we can help you with best solution possible.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at +91 7338273517 from Monday to Sunday between 10 AM- 7 PM. You may also send an email on email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
